Routine Appointment

To request a routine appointment in the next 7 days:

  • Use our online consultation form Monday to Friday from 8am. All routine consults will be responded to within 48 working hours.
  • Call us Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6:30pm on 020 346 4672
  • Visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6.30pm
  • Use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App) to book a screening test or vaccination

When you get in touch, we may ask for further information. We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

Urgent Appointment

To request an urgent appointment for today or tomorrow (Monday to Friday):

  • Use our online consultation form Monday to Friday from 8am. 
  • For all urgent consultation requests we will aim to contact patient the sameday. 
  • Call us Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6.30pm on 020 346 4672
  • Visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6.30pm

When you get in touch, we may ask for further information. We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

Immediate action required: Call 999 or go to A&E now for any of these:

Signs of a heart attack
chest pain, pressure, heaviness, tightness or squeezing across the chest

Signs of a stroke 
face dropping on one side, can’t hold both arms up, difficulty speaking

Sudden confusion (delirium) 
cannot be sure of own name or age

Suicide attempt 
by taking something or self-harming

Severe difficulty breathing 
not being able to get words out, choking or gasping

Heavy bleeding 
spraying, pouring or enough to make a puddle

Severe injuries 
after a serious accident

Seizure (fit) 
shaking or jerking because of a fit, or unconscious (can’t be woken up)

Sudden, rapid swelling 
of the lips, mouth, throat or tongue

Labour or childbirth 
waters breaking, more frequent intense cramps (contractions), baby coming, or just born

British Sign Language (BSL) speakers can make a video call to 999.

Deaf people can use 18000 to contact 999 using text relay.

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or Call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

If you are at risk or in danger but unable to speak but still able to call 999press 55 when prompted and your call will be transferred to the police. The police will usually be able to find your location. If you don't press 55 or respond, your call could be ended.

British Sign Language (BSL) speakers can make a video call to 999.

Deaf people can use 18000 to contact 999 using text relay.

Cancelling or changing an appointment

To cancel your appointment:

  • Use your NHS account (via the NHS website or NHS App)
  • Using the GP online system – eConsult
  • Call us Monday to Friday 8am to 6.30pm on 020 3435 4672
  • reply CANCEL to your appointment reminder text message
  • fill in our Appointment Cancellation Form

Home visits

If you are housebound and need an appointment, we will do a home visit. We will phone you first to understand what you need.

To request a home visit, it’s helpful if you phone the practice on 020 3435 4672 as early as possible from 8am.

Extended Access Services

Each practice within your PCN is allocated a set number of appointments where registered patients can be seen outside of their GP practice hours. 

Hub telephone appointments will be available 6.30pm—8pm Monday to Fridays and face to face appointments between 9am and 5pm on Saturdays subject to availablility.

  • by phone
  • face to face at the surgery
  • on a video call
  • by text or email

Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means you get help sooner.

If you need help with your appointment

Please tell us:

  • if there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond
  • if you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone, face-to-face, by video call or by text or email
  • if you need an interpreter
  • if you have any other access or communication needs

About the NHS App

The NHS App gives you a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services. Download the NHS App on your smartphone or tablet via the Google play or App store. You can also access the same services in a web browser by logging in through the NHS website.
