We are pleased to inform that Dr Laleye's has completed her medical treatment and is planning to return to the practice, on a gradual basis, from February 2017. As she will require some time to settle back in, extra clinical cover will continue to be provided for her patients. We look forward to welcoming her back.
After 21 years of working as a Partner at the Keats Group Practice, Dr Nazareth will retire on the 31st December 2016. As one of the founding partners, Dr Nazareth has been instrumental in building and developing the practice and we would like to take this opportunity to thank him for his ongoing commitment and professionalism throughout the years and wish him all the best for the future.

Summary Care RecordThis is a National Scheme. Your summary care record contains important information about the medicines you are taking, allergies you suffer from and any bad reactions you have had to medicines in the past. It is compulsory that practices upload summary care records by March 2015.
We have been informed that our patients’ summary care records are scheduled to be uploaded on the 5th and 6th January 2015.
Please note, that if you wish to opt-out, or if you have already opted-out, then you can opt back in at any time and have a Summary Care record created.
