Dr Laleye (added 13.12.16)
We are pleased to inform that Dr Laleye's has completed her medical treatment and is planning to return to the practice, on a gradual basis, from February 2017. As she will require some time to settle back in, extra clinical cover will continue to be provided for her patients. We look forward to welcoming her back.
After 21 years of working as a Partner at the Keats Group Practice, Dr Nazareth will retire on the 31st December 2016. As one of the founding partners, Dr Nazareth has been instrumental in building and developing the practice and we would like to take this opportunity to thank him for his ongoing commitment and professionalism throughout the years and wish him all the best for the future.

Data Sharing Projects in Camden
For Camden patients only Camden Integrated Digital Record (CIDR), is a local initiative for Camden residents, to enable your care providers in Camden to view the relevant information when treating you and so give you the best possible care. Find more information here:
Summary Care RecordThis is a National Scheme. Your summary care record contains important information about the medicines you are taking, allergies you suffer from and any bad reactions you have had to medicines in the past. It is compulsory that practices upload summary care records by March 2015.
We have been informed that our patients’ summary care records are scheduled to be uploaded on the 5th and 6th January 2015.
Please note, that if you wish to opt-out, or if you have already opted-out, then you can opt back in at any time and have a Summary Care record created.

We are pleased to announce that we have a Patient Participation Group (which we call PPG for short) for the Keats Group Practice, to help make sure that there is a good channel for getting patients views and input to the services offered by the practice.
Please check back for further information about who we are, how we hope to help the practice and what we have been doing so far.
How you can help us in the future
We are an affiliated member of the National Association for Patient Participation ( N.A.P.P ) - www.napp.org.uk
We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.
To help us with this, we are setting up a virtual patient representation group so that you can have your say. We will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.
We aim to gather around a hundred patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
If you would like to join the group and help us out from time to time via email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.
