Home Visits

Doctor's bagIf possible please telephone reception before 11 am if you think you may require a home visit.

The duty doctor or nurse practitioner will phone you back to assess your condition in order to decide whether you need a doctor to visit you or whether other options are required (for example, telephone advice, community nurse referral or direct admission to hospital).

Home visits are available for patients who are assessed as unable to come to the practice as a result of ill health or disability.
